Plate #2: Gallinules

Mais uma prancha para Princeton.
Uma pintura um pouco mais trabalhosa devido as diferenças de cores e tons principalmente para retratar corretamente o interior enegrecido de algumas delas como no caso do adulto e jovem de Azure Gallinule (Porphyrio flavirostris).
Todas as espécies são muito bonitas, destacando ainda mais a Purple Gallinule (Porphyrio matinica) com tons fantásticos de azul e verde.

Beautiful illustrations! I am an amateur birdwatcher and I like the detailed representations.
